Hi. I have domain M o d e r n D o w n t o w n .com. I am in design industry, so i know exactly what i want to see when i come to that address. But when i am thinking about development, i understand that what i want is way more than i could possibly do. So if someone could tell me thoughts on this domain development, i would probably be able to sort out necessary and important things that must be there and to choose a right niche that will convert into money best.

You could use sub-folders to create a network of sites related to:

* Financial Centers
* Upscale Shopping
* Urban Renewal and Hot Neighborhoods
* Local search

Eventually, you might want an affiliate program for effective marketing.
