Need Information on GoDaddy.com Parking

Hello,

I just found that godaddy provide domain parking. you have to pay them first like you want to park for one month then you have to pay them some amount!

but i want to know following things
1-i have found a site on NP$ where it had godaddy parking. Is advertising traffic allowed or not!
2-their revenue is better then sedo or any other!
3-do they ban account!
