Need Hosting for a good idea?

If you have an idea for a website or online service and need some help with the hosting, drop me a PM or post here, I have 2 servers that I'm not really using and am interested in helping some people out.

This isent for personal sites this is for commercial websites that are intended to make profit.

Amount of resources (disk space, bandwidth, MySQL) can be negotiated.

One of my two servers is a Intel Dual 3.0 Xeon with 2 GB RAM and 100 Mbps uplink, colocated at The Planet, the other is a AMD Dual Opteron 246 with 2 GB RAM and 100 Mbps uplink colocated at SAVVIS.

Both servers run on CentOS 3.x and have cPanel/Fantastico.

I'v been getting quit a few requests and already made agreement with one person, and am negotiating with 2 others.

To get things rolling faster, please include a description of your site, a domain if its already hosted, if its not yet created include a detailed description of the site you are planning to build.

And don't just write domain forum, write a brief explanation on what you will do differently to make your site better/different then the other ones already on the net.

Don't be discouraged to PM me, you have nothing to loose.
