I just installed a new skin on my board www.thecomputershack.net/forum/index.php and I need to know how to change the banner image from a .gif to a .jpg. The code uses both css and html. I don't know where to locate and rename the .gif to .jpg. I also need to know how to link it to a site. Can someone please help me? The page source looks normal but I don't know how...

The error message seems to say you have too many MySQL connections.

Maybe there is an issue with your code not closing the connections?

Or it could be their issue and if it is you might want to find a new host

Yes it is working now but sometimes it gives a long string of crud.
