Slicing Help For NP$?

Hey I need some help. Someone already did the slice for my site for 50NP$. The site is www.thecomputershack.net. It also uses css styles. I have the other layout for the other pages (www.thecomputershack.net/other_layout.psd) and was wondering if someone could make it look like the main page with links and rollovers? I also need it sliced adequately to match the front page and have text.

Can someone please help me?
