i have bought a .mobi and a month later discovered the name is tm.
but the name is also an english dic word.what should i do?
do they have a case? can i build a site doing other stuff than the company related business?

My understanding is if its a generic term and your not infringing on their industry, you should be ok. But I do recommend consulting a lawyer.

Windows, Apple, Champion, Cheer are all English words too... and are TMs. So the real quesiton is how are you using the domain and are you illegally infringing?
