Need help!!

need help with a template i bought, i cannot figure out how to make the whole page change when i edit the header "which is a flash header with the links in it"
someone please help?

I can imagine you chose that template for a reason, but the Flash loads really slow for me. I can't imagine every visitor to the site would bother waiting around for it to load unless they were really interested in the site. Granted, once you revisit the site the load time is very quick, but I'd still have thought it would be easier to go with a non-Flash header.
Just my thoughts, sorry I haven't given any advice on the actual problem!
