I own the domain tzmoney.com got someone emailing saying he wanted the domain to raise money or something and asked what i would sell for, you think it sounds like a scam? Since it's for sale @ sedo he could just have placed a offer there...

Do what JBR said however keep in mind. Most buyers want to buy direct. See if he is legit. Ask for information, address, phone, etc etc. Do a check of somesort to verify that he is who he says he is.
