Need Help With This Domain

[Jake2021]

Hi Guys,

So i've been doing my research and got this GEO domain registered.

boisecityrealestate.com

I've tried auctioning it via Sedo, tried approaching real estate agents and businesses in Boise/Idaho area and so far no luck.

What am I doing wrong here? Any help/suggestions are highly appreciated as i'm very new to domaining

/Jake

anyone?

Real estate domains are tough as many industry insiders don't really see the value in them, or give much credence to them. As well in the past few years an over abundance of low cost real estate GTLD's has really diluted the market. Your name is decent, you just have to target users more directly, I wouldn't expect big money, but take what you can, and move out of this niche.

You can try to sell it on multiple platforms
estate industry generally spend little energy on the Internet, the domain name of leading enterprises are not so good.
best wishes for you

Name too long. BoiseRealEstate.com would have been better
