Need help with flash project

I am looking for flash design like the one at College of Arts and Sciences & Conservatory of Music - Oberlin College, if anyone can help me out with or even teach me how to design something like this on flash would be nice. I am not looking for a completed version i am looking for either a sample file then I can look at the basic concepts and do the rest on my own from there.... one similar to this flash animation at the College of Arts and Sciences & Conservatory of Music - Oberlin College.

I know a flash plug-in that is similar to this but not exactly the same. With that plug-in you can create the thumbnails and the main picture area. It will also play as a slideshow if you want. You can also customise colours, size etc. The difference is that I don't know of a way to add the text section that exists in your example. Of course you could make an image that contains text.

On this page you will see five videos that explain this plug-in. It is a Adobe Flash component that you add to flash. The component thumbgrid is to be used in conjunction with another component called slideshowpro for flash.

This can be made in 3-4 days. But it will not be very easy to teach you the whole thing so easily over the net.
