Need Help To Make Educational Site Profitable

Not sure if i posted in correct forum but here goes.

I have written a 100 page highly detailed import export training course designed to help people start their own business within the impex industry.

I need help on making the site profitable . The product is awesome as many people have commented when they reviewed the course but I am selling very few courses.

If you are an expert & can offer me your services please send me your rates & what u can do for me.

I have a lander page & a blog that describes the offer but the blogs pretty basic right now.

I didnt want to spend the $ on upgrading the blog until I had found the right person to work with me to develop this site / idea Into something more.

You need a different landing page and blog theme, above the fold.
Did you do a market research before making sure there is an audience that can benefit from your courses?

I might be wrong but you don't seem to use any analytics report tool like Google Analytics, you better install it and the run reports and check bounce rate, exit pages etc.
have you tried A/B landing pages and compare results?

For example I did this is in one of my type in domains and experienced goal rate to improve from 22.22% to 44.44%.

have you though of putting affiliate links for 3rd party online university programs and such?
