Need help sorting out a mess

I have 4 domains with startlogic.
I no longer want to deal with that company and really need to get the names to somewhere else.
I have a name.com account.

3 of the domains have expired , 1 is active and will go to billing in 2 months.
How do I get them all on name.com or is it too late for the 3 expired ones?
Should I wait out the 2 months on the active one or do it now?
I dont care about the websites themselves right now.
Its been a nightmare dealing with startlogic to get a straight answer.

I have never deal with Startlogic however you should be able to transfer the active one with no problem. But when it comes to the expired domains you would probably have to renew them, wait for a short retaining period (~60 days), and then you should be able to transfer them away. There will be fees and I know GoDaddy offers discounts on multiple transfers. Hope that helps!
