Need Help - Possible Job Required!

I got a script from somewhere to track the number of users on my own websites - Tracker Script.

Overtime, other webmasters found the site and started using the tracker too. My question is can anything be done to the script so that I get a backlink that is readable by search engines?

Right now, it's pretty much useless because it's using javascript. Thanks.

Not really... only way is to implent it with the javascript or let the webmaster have the option to link back.
