That looks like a custom made site. If you can't make it yourself (which seems to be the case) you'll have to hire someone to make it for you.

I've used it for my 'Forum.st' and it works quite well, will have to update in the future no doubt but a great cheap way to start.

First thing id like to say.. is i can build teh site. I want a script written or the programming implemented.. Im not great with database/mysql work. Second.. Im not tying to find a cheap fix. I want to buy a script or hire a programmer to make me a site minus design that is similar to the bargain hunter site.
