Need help finding a script again! Reward if found!

Hey
I need help finding a free directory submission script. Doesnt have to have any directories in, just something that will submit to most directories. One that I can add as many directories as I want to it.

I have a list of well over 1000+ well known directories WITH pr so If I can get a script ill add as many as I can to it, within reason, and ill submit as many sites as the finder of the script wants to the directories.

If anyone could find this it would be awesome!

all sites submit url http://domain.com/submit.php can be added on 1 txt file
needs some config to accept format of your directory
add your 1000 directories into it with some modifications and it will submit to it.
parameters that it needs title, url, desc but if the directory has captcha or any other image validating input it can't be added.

Well I know what it is. I have one already developed. But if you have a list of 1000+ directories. then you have to visit all that pages and see if they have capthca on it or not. If no captcha then god. Then your script must post variables to that particul;ar page and your job wil be done. (Note: each and every site will have different Variable names for the feilds) So this is a huge work.
