i Cant give it out thats the hard part about it because i know the owner goes around domain sites so i just need like somethink im not sure what to offer ...

I'll also need a bit of clarification on some of the stats posted, as well, how long the site's been in use, potential membership ("Return Visitors") or users, whether or not any revenue is generated from the site, etc. Also, specifics on your previous approaches where a potential Asking price has not yet been quoted.
