budget: above $100 Need help discussing sale with potential client

I've received interest in one of my domains listed up for over 20k and they have offered around 10k.

I'm not really a seller, more of a collector (I've only sold through a broker once before) so I'm looking for someone to help me negotiate or help me setup/push through this transaction. Preferably someone with experience dealing with these sort of sales.

I am currently communicating with them through an instant messenger. I am able to provide screenshots of the conversation so far.

Can we agree, that whatever we accept as the amount I pay for your help will only be paid if the transaction is agreed

I want to maximise potential and because I don't want to trust myself
