domain Need domain appraisal, giving away NP$

I'll give 25 NP$ to six users. This is just a token of appreciation, and in hopes of getting more/better replies. Randomly chosen amongst all who give a "serious" appraisal (up to my judgement). This will close once I think I have enough appraisals, probably 12-20 appraisals.

The domain is PoliticalForum.com and please appraise AS IF it were UNDEVELOPED. That means if it had no links, no traffic, nothing but domain. [Keep in mind, since it's developed, that can skew Overture, google, etc.] Also (-important-) my real goal is to determine what would be a fair "wholesale"/reseller/domainer price for this domain (if undeveloped). I figure that a liquidation(eBay)/dropcatching(NameWinner) type of price would be similar to the "wholesale" price too. NOT looking for the "retail" value (although you can include that ALSO if you want).

Optional but appreciated: I'm also wondering what you'd appraise it's "sister" domain PoliticalForums.com at. (If undeveloped itself, but you CAN consider that PoliticalForum.com is developed.)

Nice domain i really like it, in this day and age politics is a big vocal point in the media and in every day discussion and with your domain the online community
i would say high xxx to mid xxxx but really however much the buyer wants to pay for it

Nice! Very good key words. Reads well, the "forum" works well with "political" even without the online forum connotations. Good direction with development, this would be a good buy for a political group or party.
PoliticalForum, $70-120+, with a fresh start...more very possible, and I think likely, with patience and a good sales pitch. Other extensions have been picked through, so that helps!
PoliticalForums, slightly lower...maybe, same ballpark, very nice as a package to keep type-in traffic that might be generated by development of one of them.

I have to agree with most of the comments above, a quality domain, politics has played a huge part in our lives this year, although politics will always play a part in out lives henveforth i think its value will be consistent.

You don’t need to be a whiz to say something about "Politics". That means more n more original free content and with the current scenario of world politics, on-going war against/for terrorism and all the conspiracy theories out there the content will never be stagnant and the forum will have a new thing every day to discuss about. So I would say that even a XXX figure price would be low and I will have to agree with forumbay on it. Its value should be low X,XXX to mid X,XXX.

PoliticalForum.com sounds quite cool, you know instantly whats going to be there as far as content goes..and its a very easy name to remember, i wouldnt guess it would take long to fill it with membership as there are many ppl worldwide wanting to rant and rave on anything and everything polictics..so has good scope with excellent potential..one thing tho , i dont know if u agree or not ..u say sister domain.PoliticalForums.com.well i would used that as a mispelling catch (redirect) to send the searches who stick the extra 's' without realising it

PoliticalForum.com should demand a high $XXX price considering that there are many political groups that would like to express their opinions and not to mention the rising popularity of ....forum.com and ....forums.com domains. On another note, DomainForums.com was purchased for $15,000 not too long ago by another NamePros member. So your name undeveloped is worth at least high $XXX due to its potential.

This didn't work out very well with the NP$ incentive, but perhaps I will pay smaller NP$ amounts for appraisals and list the offer in the NP$ forum. I might be looking for some top appraisers to do more for me privately, free free to contact me.
