Looking for an appraisal developed and undeveloped.

I'm planning to make a Myspace type site directed towards emo kids. Emo is extremely popular on sites like Youtube and Myspace, so this will give them a place thats specifically for them.

"emo scene" has an OVT of 347, but if you type in "emo" you can see it's rather popular. And emo is all about the local scene (emo kids are also refered to as scenesters), so the domain name is optimum for this type of project.

I'm also open to the idea of just selling it outright if I can get a decent price for it.

Just wondered if anyone had an appraisal for me developed and undeveloped.

Undeveloped- Low XX. The "emo" fad is still popular, and I like the name.

Developed- Well, that depends on how many people actually use it. MySpace itself goes for millions. Generally these sites, if developed fully, can go into the hundreds or thousands.

Good name for its purpose, though.
