I have several websites/logos/graphics projects I need help with. I am looking for designers and developers that are interested in working on a percentage basis of the backend profits. I have the marketing plans for each of the projects, but don't have the up front capital to get the sites developed.

RentMaui.com (vacation rentals)
LearnSurfing.com (surfing lessons)

CostaRicanMap.com (travel maps & information)
Costa-Rica-Real-Estate.info (real estate information portal)
