Need dedicated suggestions

I am looking for dedicated hosting suggestions.
Used to have dedicated with EV1 but it was too expensive.
Now we can afford it again but can't find what I want at right price.

1. apache+cpanel a must
1. price no higher than $100/mo
3. must be on a self-serve reboot strip
4. I like AMD XP to keep cost down (duron too low end)
5. 1 gig ram would be nice but could live with 512meg
6. if possible, dual hard drives for quick safety backups
7. company must be around 2+ years and NOT sold recently

So ideas? Recommendations?

Heh, well it's experience talking.
A year ago it would have been impossible to find that at $100 or less, but at this time with all the competition I feel it should be feasible if I research hard enough.

Well, I have several servers and so I have resellers discounts that enable me to provide solid deals however, the best I could offer would be $120/Month since the system would have Cpanel too.
