Need coding assistance

Hello there!

I attach a sample form button which has been made to link to another page. When you click on it you will see that the text is added to the link when the page is opened - <?Submit=Sing+Up+Now>. I would like to ask if it is possible to modify the code of the button in such a way so that there is no text added when the link is opened.

On line 11 replace the code:

<form name="form1" id="form1" method="get" action="http://mail.ru/">

to

<form name="form1" id="form1" method="post" action="http://mail.ru/">

That's one way to do it, not the best but it works.

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL

pls help
