Link Exchange! With PR4 Site!

Im looking for a few people to do a link exchange with, the site is www.scribbytech.net currently recives between 200 - 1200 unique hits daily currently this week its going up around 500 - 600, your link button will be displayed randomly, this is shown on every page and there are currently 6 showing at a time so your banner should be seen by most visitors.

Im looking to do a link exchange with sites that have:
200 or more unique hits daily.
PR2 or more.
