I just got an inquiry on this; I assume it's for development because it was an omaha collection attorney who contacted me. No traffic, was never previously owned; I just hand-regged it a couple weeks ago.

If a collections attorney in Omaha wants the domain I think you'd be fortunate to get what an attorney charges for an hour. Your only other option may be to put hours of development into it and wait until another collections attorney in Omaha comes along. I wish you lots of luck at collecting a day's worth of attorney fees, so why not ask for it? No amount is absurd considering...

As for the appraisal, I would say $5##-$1200 depending on the buyer.

I've bought many of these type of names for around the same price.

:imho: $250-$500 is a good range to ask for. That is about what they make per hour.
