Also a "Repair Disk Company" as end user could pay $xxx for it.

"carros.com" is parked (means "cars"), carros.info worths more than $XX,XXX.

That was the best example for this type of domain. Non-Premium keywoards are registered, poor combination, poor overture, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor ... do you want me to go on. Domains are not worth $XX , if there .com is a poorly parked page. Then you expect the .info to be worth $XX... .info is only $4 to register!!!

For $XX, you can purchase better .info domains right here on this forum.... XX is the wrong value.. I can purchase LLLL.com's that will have more value in 3 months!

Thats my point, Too Many Individuals make the wrong assumption about domains appraisal/value!

I don't provide appraisals for fun! I do it, Cause I have the experience and I want to help and assist other Domainers in making better choices!

i still dont get what you meant by poor poor poor,
you see medicaldoctor.com/org is parked and .net is redirected
but then medicaldoctor.info is sold @ $10,500
so how come topdoctor only @ $ 0. I think you are wrong.

I am a .info Lover (currently 40 developed and loved). Over 2000 owned over the last 3 years.

.info's can still have value if the .com is Parked or even still unregged.
I believe the only reduction in value as a result of parking the .com is to the value of the .com. Too many valuable Names are being wasted on parking programs.

I have owned several .info's over last 3 years that I resold where that was the situation. The sale price was often $xx mid . One particular name sold for $xxx mid range, And at the time all the other TLD's were still available (not now).

Depends on name / Use/ Potential use of course ,the same as any other gTLD.
