Need another VPS for a Proxy

Hi all,

I've got 1 vps with VPSByte, which I am keeping. However I want a second VPS with another provider.

Here are the conditions....if you dont read and follow them I will report you're post and give you negative rep.

-Host MUST be AT LEAST one year old. This WILL be checked.
-Host must not be a 1 server operation. (Will also be checked).

VPS Requirements
-Linux based (CentOS or similar is fine)
-348MB+ RAM (+ burst if possible)
-150GB+ Bandwidth
-Must allow proxys
-1-5GB space (Not much required)
-If possible Nameservers ready configured with the host (I.e ns1.host.com/ns2.host.com)

Low budget, USA or Europe based, paying via PayPal only (I am fully verified).

Please post you're offers or suggestions for VPS providers.
