Proxy hosting again... I need a vps.

Hey guys, i need a vps for my 3 web proxy sites. The host i had, was great, its just my websites used up 75 gb of b/w in 2 weeks... sooo... im looking for a VPS with alot of b/w. Here are the specs i was looking for.

Space: 1gb or more.
B/W: as much as you can give me haha, i would say around 200 or 300 gb.
Guaranteed Ram: would love 512, but 256 mb will do if i have a 512 burst. MAYBE 128mb, thats a big maybe. I had issues running webmin or a cp with that much ram on my old vps.
Control panel: cPanel, would be awsome, if its free but lxadmin, direct admin, or even webmin would work fine.

The server has to be fast, and so does the network i think everyone wants that, haha.
