Hey have a pretty importat question if you could get back to me as soon as possible that would be fantastic, basically i am new to selling domain names and i just got email from someone claiming to be a lawyer saying that their client want to buy my domain name for $15,000 but wants a picture of the list of domain names i own for proof of ownership and wants me to get a domain certificate certificate from Domain pro tools. I cant find any information on this domain pro tools thing, I just need some advise does this sound legit, is there any way to get scammed here?

It is a scam, the idea is to get you to pay for appraisal. Do not pay.

Damn that sucks, but thank you for the advise, is there anything i can do to expose his scam publicly or prevent him from scamming others?

There were quite a few forum threads about this scam. So, domainers are generally aware of it. I do not think there is a way to stop it...

Just stick to this general rule of thumb;

You should never pay something upfront to sell a domain to a private buyer outside of legit marketplaces.
