Need a site done for me

Hi -

I need a site done for me. The site is going to be a large specific community. It MUST have the following:

1) a store (based entirely on affiliate links - I want to be able to just paste in html for product links, as well as easily create category links - I have a script from cplinks I'd like to use for this - but the guy who was supposed to be helping me make some modifications to the php vanished on me). The store will have thousands of products.

2) a very attractive design and logos

3) a forum and chat features

4) a nice looking links page to all things related to the topic

5) multiple news feeds, i guess rss feeds

6) an easy way for us dumb owners of the site to add new articles to the site - we will be doing interviews and adding them to the site on a regular basis

7) a sort of updated op/ed page that we'll be updating constantly, like an espn.com sort of deal

8) possibly an auction feature for people to buy and sell products

9) possibly a complicated system that for a fee allows users to create a page and update it and keep track of a variety of things related to the topic of the site.

So, if you can handle this stuff, please PM me with examples of other work and your price (a general estimate will do, I know I haven't been very specific). It's also very important that this site get done as quickly as possible. The most important aspect on the back end of it is ease of use and ease of updates for us non web genius siteowners.
