Need a site cloned asap

hi i own a web design company but at this present time all my designers are very busy so i cant assign them to do it

i want my site to work exactly the same as this site

and this is my site www.pixeobids.com the designer designed something totatly different and it needs to be fixed asap

i bought it from lubwins but he just sent me the files and missed some vital sql files so whoever is looking to help me sort the site for free please do and because i have already gone over my budget so please peolpe from this forum help me out if you have msn add me on
