Hi,
I am looking for a good quality coder to code my website. I would like it coded in html and CSS. The more CSS the better. And i need it done quickly in about 1 week or less.
I need someone to do a very good job with a design similar to This.
The above pic is an old-ish version of the design, the new one will be more or less the same but slightly better and bigger. But at least you have an idea with what you are working with. You need to make it look good and the same in all browsers and it would be even better if you could some how make the design automatically fit to the users screen resolution (this would be a big plus but is not absolutely necessary).

If you could provide me with an example(s) of your work that may help as well. If you have msn messenger or Google messenger that would also be another big plus.
