Need a CODER.

I'm looking for someone with experience in such web skills as:

HTML
PHP
FLASH
Javascript
XML
Ect...

Mainly need a CODER, but someone with design skills would be a plus.

The exact deal here is this, I need another partner for a web development site I'm going to be opening soon. This deal isn't an upfront pay, by that I don't mean you accept this proposal and I hand you cash. It'd pretty much be a partner thing, you'd only need to work when we'd have business, and when that comes, you'd obviously get paid.

To sum this up, I find someone looking for a site, I design, then I give it to you to code. We make the sale, and each take our cut.
