Hello,
I am in need of a QUALITY IPB 2.0.4 Skin Coder, this is not your average skin, it has a side panel like many vbulletin forums so you have to be able to do that aswell.
If you can code a skin in valid xhtml/css then that is a BIG bonus. My budget isn't huge, please PM me your price and if you would like to see a watermarked preview.
