I need someone to build my personal website – very very simple design (maybe some retro motives). One page, the name of web site, one table (where will be the list of my domains, description and link). Also I need a link to my mailbox.

What about installing a WordPress in your server.
You can find the retro theme easily on the various WordPress theme site.
Its relatively fast

its a simple to use cms that can be easily used
and will work great for a personal website!
and is easy to edit!
