Need a Host For Dedicated server email marketing

I have been looking at a few hosts but I don't hink I have found the right one yet. they all have some sort of loophole where they can cancel yoru account for whatever reason they want and whenever they want.

We do email marketing through major name affiliate programs. We use optin mail lists and thats what we do to make money.

We are not looking for you to log into some fake paypal site or asking you to click here and verify your credit card number.

We are sending out advertising mailings for a variety of different affiliate offerings.

Is there anyone else doing this that can chime in here, I'm looking for a dedicated server with a good host to do this with. Or - I'm looking for a good smtp service as a sending agent.

Any recommendations???

We will be opening our colocation center in Portland Oregon soon, we will be able to offer you a good dedicated server on 10MBPS. What is your space and bandwidth requirements, as well as ram, etc. Do you have a budget?

Perhaps, going with an end-user dedicated server provider like LayeredTech, ThePlanet or Softlayer should be sufficient. The latter two also offer addon packages with server management, so should be easy for you to use
