Need 20-30 logos/layouts for mini sites

I am looking for a logo designer who can create simple but professional-looking logos/topart banner for the top of mini sites.

Budget is $10-$20 per logo


Also, looking for complete layout with top logo/banner for mini sites. I will add the content myself.

Budget ~ approx $25-$30 per site


Please PM or post samples of past work including average turn around time per site. If this works out, I usually need 2-3 new sites done per week.
