advice Ncua | What can it be used for ?

Hi guys,
I have a domain that I mentioned on the title (which is .com extension). It's parked like for 2 years and I have approximately 20 - 25 daily traffic (mostly from states) and 5 usd/month income. Because as far as I know, there is a website that is same domain name but .gov extension.

I made little bit research about the subject but it is finance and I could say it is deep. I am not an English native speaker, so I really want to here your opinions (especially if you are an American, and know something about this organisation from your daily life/culture that would be really perfect.

I got really high offers for this domain name but nowadays I don't want to sell it. I am a software developer, I wanna use this name for my side project (not aiming large scale project). It would be little bit developed than just parking and aiming little more than parking revenue at the beginning for sure.

In short, question is what I can do with this name, without violating any rights of the organisation ?
