Was wondering what you think about Nathan's strategy re registering nevadachanneltv.com etc rather than navadachannel.tv, for example.

Is he made?

Has he underestimated .tv?

Have we overestimated .tv?

Was he simply too committed to his strategy by 2000 (when .tv came out, I think?) to change tack to .tv and screw up a strategy he had been implementing since 1993.

I would love his comments but seeing as he has other significant other gigs, I suspect he would be too busy.

So, an Australian 5c piece for your thoughts.

While gathering information for this story, Nathan told me he did consider .tv but felt like .com was too well-entrenched to use anything else for such a large project. I think I would have tried to get both the .com and the .tv for each site if they were available at reasonable prices.

THANKS DuKE for the input , it does seem he is adding .tv domains so that is nice to see.

Good article - he is definetly brilliant and an innovator. I would say that if he's involved to that depth (and he certainly has the financial where with all), - Main stream here we come...
