I really have no idea, this is quite a grey-ish area. I'd suggest you consult someone who knows the TM laws.

Anyway, it's always a good idea to stay away from trademarked domains no matter how tempting they might be.

NASA could mean a lot of different things
but in combination with .news ??

get rid of it

NASA aka National Aeronautics and Space Administration did file a dispute in the past for the .BIZ and won.

TM issues aside, this is not really a domain with much, if any, resale value IMO.
