I snagged this today - found it amongs the expired domains. I happen to very much like this domain name. Your thoughts?

The value is not obvious to me:
- wordtracker / ovt is showing around 34 searches for the term
- adwords estimator gives no estimate for "male psyche", and very few clicks estimated for "psyche"
- I'm having trouble thinking of end users, but then I'm not familiar with the psychology industry. maybe a sponsored site for the term would be interested in it - LearnToUnderstandMen(dot)com

That said, it is a 2 word generic combo .com with the words being a perfect fit / common(ish?) term, so I like it as well, but maybe that's subliminal :p

Therefore, IMHO, a very low reseller value. low-mid $xx?
I'm happy to be proved wrong though!

What were your plans for the name?

p.s. estibot strongly disagrees with me - giving a value over $1K, I assume because the term is used so widely.

The term is quite familiar to me, which is why I loved it. The meaning is fairly straight forward:

The mental or psychological structure of a Man

Now, potential uses? Several. It could be used as a website devoted to how men think, what they think about, or even as you pointed out, a site on how to better understand your man.

I personally love the approach of a "Maxim" type website for men on this. I was thinking something along this tag line:

MalePsyche, what men think and what men want....

Also, perhaps its more of an American term? This may be one of those domains that loses some of its luster overseas...

Sorry yes, I do get the meaning, I think the term is common across western civilisation. I hadn't thought of the men's magazine application - very fitting, though "psyche" may be a bit high brow for most lads mags!

A site like this would have much larger value fully developed and I think it's a great find. It's one of those Men Suck kind of domains that can be developed into relationship and dating advice or man bashing. Either way, it's fun and I think you could easily get a few thousand from an end user for it.
