I had passed this one up a couple days ago. I was not sure what or if it had any meaning. I really do not think it's even a word? I do not even think Codeable is a word? That's why I passed. No idea on value, because I am not even sure if it's a word?

the word is "codable", not "codeable". it is widely used in software development literature/discussion.
