With nanotech projected to be huge in only the next few years, I picked this one up early.

Though it's a speculative buy depending on the future and growth of nanotechnologies, I figure this ones value has nowhere to go but up.

It's really long.

It IS really long - but it's a modern, growing field. Find an interested consultation firm to sell to - rake in at least $xxx. Consultants can earn big $$$ sometimes, so sell to a large company if you can.

Resale value? Low to mid $xx.

Right, I really didn't think that length matters when attached to the word "consultants" because there are many searches for long terms with this keyword.

As you can see all searches for the keyword "consultant" are long. I think you can get away with length with some keywords with this being one of them.
