I dont really get how a "system" can appraise the value of a domain name, but oh well

I've found that my system is much, much better in predicting value than I am (I've compared us in ability to guess known sales values) so I'm giving system's appraisals here instead of mine because you deserve the best

A comp? What's that?

The best way to value a domain, when traffic and development are equal, is to look at comparable sales. That is what buyers look at when they do research - they don't come to this board and say, "oh, it was appraised at xxx,xxx so that's what I'll pay!"

In most other fields, real estate for example, comps are the only way to find value.
