Avoid namespro.ca at all costs. Among other shady business practices, namespro.ca will hold your domains hostage. My whole day was wasted because of shady business practices by the aforementioned registrar. I wish somebody had posted warnings about them before I decided to use them. I guess, at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

i cant remember why i made this original post, but i did end up dealing with them for a few more years and dont remember any serious issues other than minor inconveniences since they seem to be a smaller registrar. id say its safe

remember their prices do not include taxes... when u add it all up you are close to other places for co ... minus couple bucks... so it's your call if u wanna deal with crap place like them to save couple bucks. those geniuses even make u email support to get auth code. I mean who does shit like that

I completely disagree, I registered an account here just to reply to your complaint. I've been using Namespro.ca for at least 10 years, and have hundreds of clients' domains under my pervue. I've had clients move domains away and I've had some tricky things to navigate and their support has been excellent, both helpful and friendly, better than any of the American companies I've tried. I also find it incredibly disingenous for you to comment on "shady" business practices, when you are clearly part of Namepros forum, which is a collection of people sitting on domains to resell for exhorbitant rates, which pretty much feels like extortion from the client perspective.

.. ui stinks.. and to transfer out u need email support to get code.. when I email them u do not get it right away and u need waste with at least one back ans forth xonformation..

I know like when u go dentist in bad pain and he makes u sign same paper to get tooth out few times while u suffer

on top of this their prices are above avg

if u use them u are insane or just insanely uneducated.
