I have to say, I'm pretty blown away with NameSilo's live chat support right now. I contacted them about some very specific questions related to their API, assuming they would probably have to refer me to a 2nd level support rep, but instead they were able to help me out on the spot.
Not only were they able to answer all of my questions, but they did so very quickly, and in more detail than I was expecting. I'm seriously kind of amazed right now, that's why I had to come here and post something positive about them.
If my current primary registrar hadn't treated me so well over the years, and I didn't have bulk pricing with them that makes them extremely comparable to NameSilo's pricing, NameSilo would probably be my primary registrar.
