Whats your opinion on thse? Possibly domain only wise, and also development wise to see what they could be worth if re-sold or if I develop them.

Could contain a huge value, nice reg. Anime is a vast market. However the value confuses me a bit. There isn't really a search market, but there are a great number of anime publishers, so that would be your end-users. Looking at the end-user market I would say $x.xxx, but looking at the reseller market, maybe low $xx. It still confuses me though.

PHPSiteTools.com
Speaks for itself. Could be a great PHP resource or portal, respectively listing PHP site tools/scripts or referring to websites including them. Mid $xx undeveloped due to non-existent search volume for domain phrase. Developed such sites can draw loads of traffic because of the large group of web developers in need of PHP scripts and tools. What an end-user would pay for it is unknown to me.

Can't say much about these, simply because I do not know their development potential.

I agree with the previous poster -- animepublisher and phpsitetools are the best of that bunch. Resellers may pay under $xxx, but with a developed site, you could see high$xxx to low $xxxx. If you operated the sites for awhile, the PHP one especially, you might develop a following and make more in cash flow per month than you could sell them for now.
