  • Escrow.com (Recommended): Starts an Escrow.com transaction for you and allows the buyer to pay immediately.
  • PayPal: Creates a PayPal transaction for the buyer to pay directly to your PayPal account.
  • Email: You and the buyer use email to choose a payment method (e.g., crypto), discuss lease-to-own (LTO) options, etc.
• Location: Country, region (e.g., state or province), and locality (e.g., city, town, or village) of your inquirers to help you understand where they are located, the best time to contact them, etc.

• Minimum Offers: Save time by setting a minimum offer amount to manage buyers’ expectations. Set it as a specific amount or a percentage of the buy-now price (e.g., 50% or 100% to match it exactly).

While you are adding features, can we have a "Stored Template" so when I want to modify a specific name to something other than the "Account Settings", I can just assign the Stored Template? The pain point is when trying to enable "Expanded Description" for a specific domain name that is similar with a slight tweak from my Account Settings for Expanded Description. I have to go Copy it from the Account Settings, then paste it into the domain-specific -- and then I tweak it. Maybe if we can get a "copy from Acct Settings" when updating a specific name?

Does the following describe what you're looking for?

A new {mytemplate} variable that's set under account profile settings. Users can use the variable in their expanded descriptions across multiple domains and be able to update it in just one place (their account profile settings) to update many expanded descriptions easily, allowing users to customize what’s around the mytemplate variable to their liking for each specific domain.

If yes, that's on our to-do list.

In the meantime, you could use our Export and Import features to bulk update them all quickly.

Thanks -- that would help with the Expanded Description. If possible, it would be great to have a complete "MyTemplate" that includes Appearance (color / background choices), Content, etc...

The upload bulk feature could work. I can download my current listings. Copy from one of my current Custom domain names and just change the domain name, then upload that name(s) to apply the updates.

That's a totally fair criticism. We try to explain everything in detail within the interface to reduce the need to find or read help guides. This provides convenience at the expense of having a somewhat cluttered interface.

I usually receive an inquiry every few days (probably 75%/25% confirmed/not confirmed emails)

But today from, 10:30 AM EDT through 11:35 AM EDT the floodgates seemed to open and I received SEVEN in that 65 minute period. All not confirmed. All look spammy.

One thing I've noted is that I do not think these insane offers are not purposely done. (see below screenshot)

It seems they are the exact (or the majority of the) phone number which they likely copy/pasted into the offer field.

So, for that can there be a filter to check if some or all of the phone number has been copied in or re-entered into the offer field? Also a max allowable offer amount? I once had an offer for 999,999,999,999 which, I'll go out on a limb, only a few of my domains are worth that much but I wouldnt ever sell them! Seriously, can we have a setting that allows us to reject an offer over a certain amount?

Many of today's inquiries were annoymized / likely VPN and the names do not match the email addresses so I wont be wasting time on them.

I am just curious why seven inquiries were received in a 65 minute period when the seven prior inquiries date back 10 days to April 15th.

Here are the inquiry numbers and times. 5 distinct domains received 7 inquiries in 65 minutes. 1 domain received 3 within a 14 minute period. ALL seven inquires not confrmed as of my writing this.
