NamePro domain question

hey i just got a domain through namepros, and i cant get the redirection to work iv searched and looked at how people did it and all that but i cnat get it to work, or if you know of a free host with cpanel, and fantastico, that lets you have a parked domain?

If that doesn't work, check the forum http://namepros.com/forumdisplay.php?f=87 and post a new thread there if you can't find an answer there.
