I've just won my first Namejet auction. I have a valid credit card on file and there are no problems with it (not maxed out etc), and yet the auction still shows as Pending Payment after 24 hours.I'm a long-time Snapnames customer so am used to payment being processed within hours.
Namejet say if payment isn't received within 5 days they will re-auction the name. I'm ready and able to pay, but Namejet don't seem to want to process the payment. What's going on here? Has anyone else been through the Namejet "process" and can help with this?
