I’ve attempted for nearly two weeks to reach NameJet regarding their account/verified bidder form. Yet thus far I’ve gotten no response to my submitted tickets, as well as get an automated recording when calling them during business hours. I actually got through their que once, but hung up after a 30minute wait.
I’ll be attending NamesCon and had hoped to participate in the live auction, but due to NameJet’s lack of customer service it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. I also submitted 11 domains for their auction and that to went into a black hole. Is this par for course with NameJet and NameJet if you happen to see this post please to respond.
Considering I’ve spent thousands to attend NamesCon with the purpose to participate in bidding, I’ll address this with NamesCon when I arrive.
